Contact form: when you submit the form you provide your name, e-mail, phone, project type and message. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to run the project process.

Live chat: when you use the chat, the content of your messages is processed. Your chat session is kept in a functional cookie containing a random identifier that does not identify you personally (valid for 7 days); your consent choices and consent record are stored. We do not require an account or identity details for chat.

We do not run advertising or profiling trackers and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Your data is processed to answer your enquiries, plan and run possible collaborations, provide customer support and fulfil our legal obligations. Processing of the contact form relies on our legitimate interest within a pre-contractual/contractual relationship; live chat relies on your explicit consent — we ask for it before you start the chat, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Contact form records are kept for as long as the business relationship requires and until you request deletion. Live chat transcripts are automatically deleted after the retention period stated on the chat screen; the chat session cookie expires after 7 days at the latest.

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may only be shared with partners providing hosting and e-mail delivery services, to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations, and with competent authorities where legally required.

Under KVKK you have the right to know whether your personal data is processed, to request information and access, to request correction, deletion or erasure, to object to processing and to claim compensation in case of damage.
