    Concept

    In concept we present the moodboard, layout alternatives and material direction, revising together with your feedback.

    3D Visualisation

    The approved concept is previewed with photorealistic renders and 360° panoramas — you see every detail before signing.

  4. 04

    Build

    During build we manage the site: weekly reports and photos, transparent valuations, a single-point supply chain.

  5. 05

    Handover

    At handover every line of a shared checklist is verified together; the home is delivered ready to be lived in.
